Looking for someone to make a script for a site

I found the fmyscript.com site and thought I would use it, but I'm not sure if it can do what I'd like. I want to have a members sign up, the comments on submissions, video uploading, image uploading, and just regular text uploads. It's for an artistic submission website where people submit various things and their community critique it. I'd like an ecommerce store added eventually, but I can create that.
