Looking for someone to help w/ youtube

Hello i'm very new to the platform. I'm managing a few clients who has big followings on Instagram and i'm looking to get them set up for youtube 2023. I have noticed a lot of those "prank" creators with these specific looking thumbnails, views and comments. very similar to this:


Can anyone help please? any knowledge with youtube accounts on a large scale. Budget is limitless. please help

what do you need help for?
with limitless budget just go in and experiment post video based on niche. create production house, hire artis va , ads,etc.
