Looking for someone to help me with my ecommerce site- Will pay

Follow these instructions to understand what I want:
Add any random Item to cart.
You will notice a new page will appear; a Shopping cart page that is NOT AMAZON
People than have the choice to "continue shopping" within the site without going to the amazon site at all....until they want to pay.

The owner somehow managed to keep everything done in the website until the customer finally decides if he wants to pay.

If anyone could do this, please PM me. Will pay.

I seen its not saving the Cart its only working for one product well if you can tell me which platform its coded on and can probably can send me the dump files i can work on this
