Looking for someone to help me get my FB account back from an Hacker

Hello

This hacker have changed my email and password

Each time that I use "forget password", I only see this hacker email to receive OTP

Please do you know any FB contact email or phone number or executive email that I can contact for help? Or can you reach out to them on my behalf?

This hacker has hijacked my ad accounts

I have tried; https://facebook.com/login/identify and https://www.facebook.com/hacked and yet NO LUCK because the hacker has changed my email

I understand that this is a HAF, but since it is a hacking done and the situation seems critical, please read below :-
Do you have access to the phone number or email address associated with the account ? Is it that the hacker also hacked the email which you had associated with the account ?
Go to https://www.facebook.com/help/203305893040179
Then, click "Get started", then select "Someone else gained access to my account" and then select "No, I can't log in" and then either "No, I don't have access to the phone number or email address on the account", as the case may be and then click the facebook . com / login / identify link that appears.
Yes, it will take you to "Please enter your email address or mobile number to search for your account".
But, DO BEAR IN MIND, that """ If the email address associated with your Facebook account has changed, you can reverse this. When an email address is changed, we send a message to the previous email account with a special link. You can click this link to reverse the email address change and secure your account """ : It is mentioned here https://www.facebook.com/help/203305893040179
So, if you follow the process / the flow properly, you can regain access to your Facebook account.

What you are doing trying the "forgot password" option, is not the right option in your case and will just make you go around in circles :-

And, if you do not have access your (previous) email account that you had in your account, then even Facebook support / Facebook support options will not be able to help.
