We want legitimate email lists of small businesses, restaurant businesses, etc. nationwide.

Take it from a guy that's been burned on this. It's not worth the investment. I've spent so much money buying lists only to find myself fucked. But goodluck
 
you will be burned, be warned, lists arent worth it. build your own. sometimes, 10 manual records researched on your own is better than a list of 1000.

But there a different uses of lists for different aspects, just be alert and "know what you are doing".

Hint: Goto maps.google.com and compile a targeted list.
 
maps.google.com - what would be the most effective way of finding small businesses? i have scrapebox and an email scraping program.
 
I've got small business lists, generated from non conventional methods, meaning the contact details are more up to date and accurate, while being less likely to be flooded with spam and such since most other people don't have the same list. Could give you a sample if you wanted to see the quality.

I'm interested. I bought a big list from email-list, and it was pure, pure trash. 70% bounce rate and the chick (Gina) swore to me that they validate the addresses before selling the lists. NEVER buy from email-list(.common URL).
