Looking for someone to fix my website’s speed

Recently, I created a wordpress site which I’m using with cloaker, to redirect traffic to a smartlink. The redirect works, but for some reason it can take 7-8 seconds on a good connection to load the offer for users, and of course it would take even longer or possibly not even load for users with a bad connection,(targeting mobile traffic so it’s likely many users are on their data instead of wifi) which I think is significantly hurting the amount of conversions I’m getting. I know only the very basics of website building and troubleshooting, so I need someone with some experience in this to take a look at the site/smartlink and figure out how to get the loading time down to a more reasonable speed, so users don’t get impatient before their offer even loads. This could be a very easy fix, but I’d have no clue where to even start. Only looking for those with experience in this sort of thing.
