Looking for someone to do the marketing for my webdesign studio

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can do the best marketing for me and bring me some clients.
I have a webdesign studio but I only get some clients from referrals...
I haven't done any SEO and I usually get around 10 visitors per month I think nobody can't find me and that's the main problem I have!

Please help me! I am in a situation where I need to pay my studies and other expenses to live a normal life and this will be my lifesaver if I can find the right person here. I hope that someone can work based on commission and if not, please let me know the price.
