A known fraud was exposed by newspapers and tried to cover up by creating a ton of small websites of small businesses with the same name as himself. He also created an account on all social media sites etc, in order to "drown out" these articles about him.
I would like to shine some more light on his wrongdoings so I would like two things:
1. Derank as many of the links he is using to “cover up”.
2. Boost the content that exposes him.
Additionally I’d like to rank with some new articles to expose him.
I'm very new to black hat SEO, I understand the basics, but I don't have the knowledge or time to work on this.
Who can help me out?
