Looking for someone to customize my wordpress site

Hello BHW, I have a video hosting site and tons of items to upload there which is not my problem. My problem however dwells in the area of making the page to my standard. I am looking for someone who will be able to customize the page to have an image of the video that is clickable and leads them to the video. One other thing I'd like to have is multiple choices to choose from on a single page. If possible even have it to where its categorized or alphabetized. If anyone knows of anyone who does quality work with this please lead them to me.
