Looking for someone to create a Discord bot that scrapes groups + channels & can message the scraped users.

I'm looking to have a program created. I want to be able to scrape discord groups / servers & send mutual members messages. I wake up to a few of these messages from bots everyday, so I know it's absolutely possible.
