Looking for someone to copy competitors backlinks

Hi,
I am looking for someone to copy my competitors backlinks and create the same link structure for my site from my competitors of the first page of google. I know this is possible with scrapebox however I am not an expert with that.

Wut? Are you looking for someone to put backlink for your site from your competitors backlinks?

you can only do this if your competitors backlinks are open to public, like web2. profiles, and AA blog comments.

For backlinks like private blog networks, you will find it difficult to put your link in it, unless that network is open to public or being offered as a service.
