As title says i am looking for someone that is very good with WP and that can create a theme from scratch, no scams i have done this many times before i no how much it is and how it all works so don't even bother

Hi, I am expert in Wordpress development and design. Not only themes, but widgets and custom plugins too. I can't PM yet because I just started using BH, but you can PM me with contact info and I'd be happy to talk to you. Lots of examples of our work I can show you.
