Looking for someone to build a Bot

Looking to build a bot in which will :
1. Open the web browser ( Firefox or Chrome Rotate between them)
2. Visit a list of sites ( pick list of sites from .txt file )
3. Click through some pages of the sites or do searches on the sites
4. Then go and close all pages and re-do the process again.

bot will have to upload settings like : List of URL's, user-agents etc from .txt files.

there is no need for open a browser.
to get (or post) from(/to) a website can be done by code.
so you just want to generate clicks on some sites with tricking the counter algorhytms by changig user agents?
i dont get sense of it at all...

so the source ip from this action doesnt mather?
