Looking for someone to assist with email and text integration

Im currently providing a service and need something developed or point into the right direction for something similar to the google voice feature, but without the restriction. Ideally I would like a bot developed to harness information that will be used to text out. The information is contained in a third party's site. I need to discuss further with you regarding the product. I have already obtained Twilio but have no clue in how to link that into a simpler format for myself. I would like to avoid the copy past method right now since it is very time consuming. Thank you for your assistance
