My google ads account was recently suspended 2 years ago due social casino policy violations. I’m looking for somone that can help me out to relaunch campaigns without restore the account (seems impossible).

Yeah, once Google flags an account for social casino, it’s basically done — appeals almost never work after that long. Trying to revive it is a dead end.
The way most people in this niche get back live is by running through fresh setups with stable infra (agency ad accounts + cloaking + safe pre-landers). That way you’re not fighting against an account that’s already blacklisted, and you can actually scale without constant shutdowns.
