Could be done quite easily, and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes by automating it, PM me if you are interested.

If you don't mind me asking, why not use the built-in wordpress resizer, you can literally set any number for width / height and it'll resize to that.

I am interested and I can do this in a few days.
