Looking for someone familiar with Ubuntu/Linux

Hey guys, I want someone to set up Windows 7 on VMWare on my Ubuntu dedicated server. If it's possible then it would be great if I'd be able to connect to it through RDP as well instead of connecting to Ubuntu Desktop first. The server is from OVH and I searched around to find that they use custom kernel headers and that's the problem that I was facing so while fixing it I fucked up the OS and have requested a reinstall. So if you're familiar with such an issue then please send me a PM telling me what you will charge.

it is possible yes, but can be a little glitchy, why not set up xp instead? it would be a little better inside of ubuntu.
