[looking for] Someone experienced in running CPA offers

I am looking for someone has run a CPA offer, I am currently preparing to run a CPA offer for my business and would like some additional help. The category is Teeth Whitening. It does seem risky to me to run a CPA offer for rebilling because I would assume that too many people would cancel and if thats the case, if a 100 sign up but 60-70 of them cancel then I would lose a lot of money quickly.
