Looking for someone experienced in PPC and pay per call.

I am looking to get into pay per call, and so far I've understood that it's very easy to make mistakes and waste money.
I am looking for a friend that I can message before I launch a campaign, someone that can look through my work and give me advice on what to do better. I have a very little budget so I have to be extremely careful with my testing.
