I've a few freelancers I'd like to hire on Upwork for small ($30-100) jobs.
Eventually, I will be working with them directly, but to get their contact information, Upwork requires me to first start and fund a contract.
My PayPal account needs to be verified to use on the platform. Upwork does not accept any of the VCC providers I have tried.

I'm looking for somebody with an established (1+ year; some hiring history) Upwork account that I can use for these contracts.'
I am willing to pay you $75 once I verify the account is valid and exists, and a 15% fee on top of any money that is spent on the account. Payment via crypto.
I expect this to be a few hundred bucks at most for now. If we work well together, I will likely be needing your services again.
