Looking for somebody to help me with creating adsense account..Will pay

Hi guys i was trying to create and Adsense account but every time they refused it. I need somebody to help me with the creation i will made an e-mail account for the registration. I just need a Website and after the confirmation i will give you the Adsense code to insert it into the website for the final confirmation. It will takes a few days. I will pay for this Help.
