Looking for somebody from China

Hello,
I am looking for somebody from China that can speak and read chinese fluently and have some basic internet marketing skills. What I exactly need is a person who can give me information about chinese marketplace and how PPC on Baidu works. I have a product that is selling very well in China but i can`t find the buyers on english marketplaces, Google or social media.

Although without google in China,i never use Baidu ,Because it 's shit,which make many people die in China .Many people hate it so much as me.
