Looking for some Whitehat SEO services

I'm looking for some service (White hat) provider for the following:

1. When I search for this search term, Google auto completes with one suggestion that I don't like so I would like to push other keywords there instead.

I believe both of these (screenshots you mentioned) are dependent upon the number of searches done by users. When a lot of people search for those keywords, they start coming up in related searches. So, it can not be in anyone's control, except Google.
