Hey guys, I'm looking for a few IG tools but can't find any good ones.

1. A tool to find influencers based on specific keywords. Just found https://inflact.com/tools/instagram-search/ but it does not find many results
And hypeauditor is way too overpriced

2. A tool to scrape all followers of a target account

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated :3

There's several ones available that you might come across here. Although for the scraper, you could have one custom made.
