Looking for some Site Help

I have an Anime Wallpaper site that I have been running for a few years. I have never really made any money off it, I run it for the love of Anime. I have over 10K wallpapers and host more than 250 Anime series. I would like to work with some other Anime fans out there (or Marketers that are willing to work with me) to make some money off this site. I am fully open to suggestions from members and I am also willing to go into a Joint Venture if that is what you would like.

I posted it here because it did not really fit into JV as it is not solely a JV posting. But you could be right.
