I am entirely new to CPA.
The first thing I need to do, I'm gathering, is to sign up on a CPA site. Am I right? Do I necessarily need a website in order to sign up on a CPA site?

My favorite method is going to a wal mart or sams club , and dropping a flyer with 3 offers on EVERY car i see. you will see $$$ fast.

Yeah flyers are great

Just need to focus on the niche.. My favorite place was stadiums during the season.

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but what kind of offers do you submit? I'm on a limited budget for CPA but I want to get started. Thanks
