Looking for some partners for long term profitable venture

I have three different programs I use and I want to expand two of them and I am looking for a few partners who are willing to work and wants to make some money. I have over 12 years experience in the internet marketing game and our methods have worked well long term. I dont run programs that have a short life. One is adsense based and the other is affiliate cpa offer based (hosting affiliate). The hosting program takes a little while to get paid but pays monthly after the first 60 to 90 days.

The other is adsense and pays about three weeks after the close of the month. Everything is legit and we dont do anything real shady and certainly nothing illegal. So I am looking for some guys who know how to work. If you are the type person who will give up on something the first time you try it and it does not work this is not for you. If you are looking for a get rich quick program this is not it. If you want someone to hold your hand on every little step this is not for you.

If you are someone who really wants to work and earn $x,xxx a month and you can think for yourself and you are actually willing to work everyday send me a PM and we can talk. I am not really looking for SEO guys. I would rather find someone who is good at web design, marketing, social media traffic, or classified ad type traffic. I can train someone on each step and I will provide plenty of support if you are really willing to work. I have two partners now from here that I work and both are making great money. PM me if you want some detailed info. You dont really need much start up cash. Two of the three programs can be ran for less than $150. All of that is just software, domain names, web hosting, ect so many of you may already have a lot of the tools you need.

Are you selling a software? or a method?

Where is the JOINT VENTURE bit?

I am not selling either. The software is sold by a third party vender but you only need it for one of the methods for the other one you dont need software but you need to be able to build worpdress sites.

Ok, so.. We can buy this software from a vendor... and we make websites for the software.. (for this particular method), so where is the JV bit. please explain.

It is a 50/50 split. I teach you how to run the program and provide support and some of the work and we split the profit.

Have you already tried this and know it works? Or you think it is a good idea?

How is this a JV? WOW they invest money to buy the software, do all the work which you teach them and you split 50/50? It's called MENTORING/COACHING and isn't allowed in BHW.

I never said they did all the work, they spend about an hour or less a day and make good money. There is a lot to it on my end and I spend a lot of time on it. Should I buy them a computer and pay their internet fees as well? Most guys on here will waste your time and all will claim they will work and I have done this a few times in the past and two guys out of prob 100 actually do any work and make money. They rest will talk about it for a few days or a few weeks and when it comes down to them doing daily work they simply do not do it so no I am not going to buy all the tools you need and spend $100 on each person without knowing if they will actually do anything.

If you would have taken the time to actually read the thread you would have clearly saw the post says I provide some of the work and support (ie site builds, problem solving, technical support ect). If you are a guy that wants someone to teach you how to get rich without having to work keep looking somewhere else.

I have used both methods for several years.
