Looking for some mutli-functional soft to manage visitors

Hi guys, I am looking for some free software (plugin etc) to manage visitors to my website. It should have some subscritpion function, when the visitor buy something through the paypal button which redirects him to the subscription part to insert some details.
Any ideas ? Thank you.
