Hi guys, I'm currently working on launching a cashcow channel but the biggest issue I have is finding a good and cheap voiceover artist.
I would do the voiceover by myself, but unfortunately I am not a native English speaker so it won't be the same quality.

Can you please recommend me a person willing to do 7 videos a week?
My budget is pretty tight so I can't pay too much...

Either post here in Hire A freelancer or in Fiverr.

I will suggest you look in reddit a voice morphing software that can make your voice heavy to make it seem like most voiceover artist if you want to save some budget.

Am I allow to monetize content if I use voice morphing software?
 
I just want 1-2 gameplay videos so I can purchase subscribers and views from a SMM Panel and get approved for monetization
