Looking for some help with after effects

Hey, I have been playing around with after effects for a few days now and kinda get the hang of it, but with what I'm trying to achieve, I still am having some problems.

I would be so grateful to any after effects prodigy who could jump on a team viewer session and help me work this out. I also am very willing to pay $10 to your paypal, as this shouldn't take to long at all.
