Looking for some help to check integration Admob in my app

I bought an app a few months back and the app developer integrated my admob interstitial to the app, but I can't find it in the code / I dont see any earnings from Admob.

The app has 500+ installs still $0.00 in earnings.
Showing ads of course when I download and use it.
