I have some classified ad sites (mostly auto related) that we have been building and flipping and I want to ramp up producing more of these. I can get the content, the traffic, and the income for the sites but I would like to find someone I can JV with that can get the site ranked relatively quickly for lower competition keywords.
Most of the traffic I drive to the sites are not coming from search engines and it makes it so much easier to sell the sites when they have at least one decent top 5 google rankings. I am not trying to rank them for really high competitive keywords.
I am usually getting about $1200 per site out of them (usually about $1k profit) and turning three or four a month. I will split the profit with a jv partner that can get them ranked.
