I work in private lending. We lend to real estate investors throughout the US. One of our best lead sources is FB. I'm looking for advice from someone who has experience scraping.
I want to scrape FB groups to look for people that are looking for a private loan. Ideally, this will be updated in real time so that I can jump on the leads. Can someone tell me how feasible/realistic this is? I want to make sure that it is done right.
