Looking for some advice on a strategy for a client

Hey all,

I have a new client that is coming down the pipe and he has a niche that I haven't worked in before.. looking for some experienced elders who may know more.
Client is a cam girl service, not selling the cam site, getting the models to sign up and he gets a referral from that part of the business... the exploitation side of it... anyway...

We're building a new site for him, but it's being delayed due to design issues, so I cant really start any content marketing as I have no CMS as yet, I also don't want to start link building as URLS are yet to be signed of on, BUT client wants to do some marketing now, to his existing and awful site. So basically content and link SEO is out, additionally I want to set up an affiliate program for him once the site is running (it's a wordpress so I can get some off the shelf plugs to manage that) and ill be promoting them on sites like BHW and so on but that is all in the future......

Now however, I am in need of some inspiration from you guys... I am thinking that I can run some PPC, on K/W like "work as a cam girl' and so on, display on sites that might be girly and somewhere close to make money at home content.... Run some retargeting as well...... but that is all I have.. Maybe some banner ads.... I am a little lost on that, additionally client has maybe $1500 spend a month at the moment, till we can show even a modicum of result then will increase as he is paying a hefty amount for the site build...

ANYWAY, needing some inspiration and hope someone can help.. not looking for a full blown strategy BUT basic ideas...

I did just think about doing a dozen ebooks on making money from home... give them the feminine touch.. lady author name and all that... might work... do the kindle freebie thing...

Some youtube videos.... testimonials maybe.. not so sure on that... budget and getting it viewed may be a little difficult...

I see what you're saying, go to the sites, talk to the girls and tell them that they can bank more, on this other site....... could be worth a try...

i'm guessing you can hit other freelancing sites as well ... even fiverr has some softcore gigs... and I'm guessing those girls would be interested in working for you, especially if they're not getting a lot of orders on freelancing sites...

try and hit the newbies/gigs with a low order count...

Can I ask why SEO is out? You know you can do a 301 redirect to the new website (when its ready) and you get to keep 99.99% of the link/SEO juice? Just make sure you redirect all the old pages to the appropriate new ones.
