Now that we have that out of the way, this is what I am looking for:

1. someone who has an existing set of vetted links. If you don't know what that means, then this is not for you.
2. someone who is capable of doing custom outreach.

Please no resellers.

I need about 10 links a month to start. A mix of niche edits and guest posts in the CBD/marijuana/smoking niche. Would also love a few Health links if the sites are good and allow CBD content.
