Top U.S. Local Directory Citation Sources

We thought it would be interesting to take that data and determine which directories on average had the most citation influence in the entire country. I just typed 'new york web design directory' into Google and there were loads of results.

You could try the same thing.

I didn't type 'new york web design reviews' into Google, but I have a feeling that would also give some quite relevant results.

Just getting to many small directories.

Let me rephrase my question.

I'm looking for top directories and review sites period..
Basically top most important ones.

NYC is not a huge area so there aren't going to be huge numbers of companies.

Try different search terms and check the results until you find the most comprehensive ones.

Or try the general directories and search within them.

What specifically are you wanting to do?

Basically I'm looking for top directories like "google local" "bing local" etc
and top review websites like: yelp, BBB etc.
Most popular ones does not have to be a NYC acually

They way I - and anyone else here would get that information for you - is to search for it online.

Are you expecting one of us to do the work for you, compile a list and then give it to you?

If you are that lazy you won't do anything with the list even if we do your research for you.

I actually just tried searching, in case I am being a bit harsh. Turns out I'm not being harsh. I now have several tabs open which between them have over 100 directories listed.

2 minutes is all it took.

Not looking for 100 directories.. Only for 10 TOP national directories and review webistes

Seriously... if you are not able to use the internet to find that information, the next step in your IM career is going to be impossible for you.

You could even use the word 'business' in the search, if you are looking for business directories.
