Looking for Software developer

Looking for a software developer to create a desktop application.
Basic idea of it is this

1. Take a list of emails i provide
2. navigate to a URL of my choice
3. input the email address in the webform
4. Must show unique ips for each submissioon,Unique useragents in order for it to look real to the Autoresponder account
5. Must have delay between submissions,stop,start,pause,Show status of the bot,email etc etc
6. Multithreaded

What's wrong with ubot?

Never been friendly with my PC. unless the last guy was just shit at it? thebotshop was last guy to attempt it for me but it didnt work on my PC but says it works for him like. So god knows?
