Looking for SOCKS5 with UDP support

Hello guys,

I am looking for proxy providers who can offer SOCKS5 proxies with UDP support.

Most of the proxies seem not to implement UDP right now.

If anyone got UDP working over SOCKS5, it is welcome even if tried.

A project in the alpha version we are going to try.

Interesting, quite specific on that. You can look around the usual proxy providers on the Marketplace section here for Socks5 proxies. As for the UDP, not too sure if anyone states those details explicitly so you'll want to contact the provider for details on that first. Good luck on that, I suppose.

I've been checking for 2 weeks already, but no one is selling. thank you for the information.

I haven't found one yet either. Subbed to the thread. Let's see if anyone has implemented this. :)
 
SOCKS5 proxies should all support both TCP and UDP by default, older SOCKS versions (4/4A) do not support UDP, but if you bought a socks5 proxy then it should be able to communicate through udp.

He asked where to find SOCKS5 that can provide UDP connections, and I explained to him that SOCKS5 proxies support that by default, so anyone selling SOCKS5 and not allowing UDP is not really selling SOCKS5 at all.

if so, i think you can anounnce to the world, especially proxies for sale forum that no one has SOCKS5 proxies, lol

I believe that sellers who offer SOCKS5 in the marketplace provide UDP support, they just don't advertise it, check what SOCKS5 proxies are and draw your own conclusions.

No kidding but I will pay you how much you like, for every one single proxy seller providing UDP capability that you introduce
 
If you can read through conversation above entirely from the beginning, people said that nobody selling proxies with this capability right now, somebody even dont know what it is

I understand the context of this thread, what I'm saying is SOCKS5 proxies, by default (literally the reason why they're called SOCKS5 and not SOCKS4/anything else), support a set of features including UDP support.
If someone is selling SOCKS5 proxies, and those don't work with UDP, then something does not add up.
 
I think it's not possible to find SOCKS5 that provides UDP lol

you will likely have to pm sellers and ask if they can offer what you seek

I've actually contacted many sellers from the store section on this forum and none are doing anything close to that. Some of them kinda promise to implement the thing but there's no beta, no alpha, no ETA and no options. The rest are stuck in 2005 with their HTTP(S)-only garbage.

You can't really convert any of the currently available products into something that will at least work. Currently I'm just blocking UDP on the residential proxies and it somewhat helps.

For now, the only option to fix the issue is to do this myself. I already have the thorough idea on how to do this future-proof, blackhat-proof and backwards-compatible, and if there are any mobile proxies' providers out there with their own equipment who wants to collaborate on this then you're welcome, I'm probably starting in January. I already have some guys ready for the initial testing, but you can join as well.

I'm really pissed that the progress in this direction has stuck because the future's already there and is meddling with the everyone's business, and the providers imo are preventing the sphere from a huge progress boost it really needs.
