I have a relatively established brand. I am looking for social media managers who can map out a strategy and will drive engagement and traffic back to my site.

I am looking for very clean antics here and someone who can more or less manage the brand from a social aspect. Someone who will really look out for the brand.

My goals and KPIs for you are:
Facebook: Reply to users, Drive engagement & Drive traffic to site
Twitter: Reach out to people tweeted on specific topics, reply to current fans
Google +: Build our audience, drive engagement
