Looking for smtp email server setup / mass emailing consultant !!!

I have some experience with mass mailing, and i could install software on a vps myself, then test/run it, BUT i am no pro, and i am looking for guidance from a mass emailing consultant.

What i am looking for:
- experienced mass emailing consultant
- smtp email server setup on my vps (not buying mailing service)
- (myadtools) mailerking or massmailer setup
- inboxing facebook emails

So i need guidance on which ip/proxy, which email accounts / custom domain to use, how to whitelist and warm up. And therefore server setup for everything to work.

Please write here if you're the guy i am looking for, and PM your Skype if you know you are able to do this, and you have past experience with Myadtools software and inboxing fb.

Please DO NOT start discussions on whether mailerking is good or bad / or if you think fb can't be inboxed.. Thanks.
