Looking for sms verification service for google voice

Google said that my current sms verification service provider's number can not be used to register google voice account. So I am looking a sms verification provider that can help me register google voice accounts.

Same problem, or am I not trying enough numbers. What is the usual ratio of working numbers for these types of services? Roughly 1 in 3, 1 in 10, 1 in 30 or 1 in 100?
