Looking for smaller/older Twitter accounts

If anyone has some older twitter accounts they don't use anymore, I'd be interested in picking them up. These can be completely dead accounts, I just prefer they have some followers to start and are old.

An ideal account would be:
A few years old
2000 followers
0 interaction

As you can see I basically want some cheap starter accounts.

Just they have interactions as I was pulling daily $3-$10 on autopilot with those accounts.
