Looking for small affiliate programs

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some good affiliate programs that offers deals that I can advertise (as a publisher).
Since the US market is huge, I figured that I should start with non-us offers, something more "light", so does anyone know non-us affiliates?

I'm trying to avoid the "big league" at least for the start...
Any other ideas?

It's not about traffic with Amazon, it's about quality. They manually check after you make your first sale, then they can decline you

So I only have a youtube channel, think I'd be better off making a small website that has somethings pertaining to my youtube channel?
