Hey,

Im looking for some site flippers who can succesfully flip sites.

Now this is a bit of strange offer and may be a wierd business idea but for every site you flip i will give you $10. Yep as soon as you sell the site i will send you $10!

Looking to get 20 of these out for the first month as a test and if it works then i will ask you to make more and eventually if this works then i will have an almost unlimited budget.

Post here if your interested and i will be contacting you next week to give you the full details.

This is NOT for people just getting started with flipping or who have never flipped before. I will only be working with people who can flip and create good websites!

If I can create sites and I can flip them too .. why would I need your $10 ?

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Most likely anyone who is successful with flipping websites doesn't need your $10 since they make way more flipping sites themselves.

No one will do it for $10 a pop. At least no one who is not a noob at flipping. People flip burgers for $10/hour.

Yeh but if your already flipping sites its simple just to add this one up boost your feeback and gain etra $10

lol?

10 bucks to flip your website? Maybe changing the icon from $ to %?

10 bucks must be a typo should read you get 10 % lmao

Writing up a good auction listing itself takes about an hour if you do it right. Then there's the whole time of managing the auction, talking to potential buyers and answering questions, responding to comments, etc.

It's definitely not worth $10.

How about paying 50% of the total profit to a Site Flipper?

I wouldn't even get out of bed for 50% of the total profit on a turnkey site, nor would anyone else who knows what they are doing.

If we are talking established sites with profit, that's a different story.

And whoever suggested it's easy to do and will boost your feedback - I take it you've never actually sold a site on Flippa? Takes me a minimum 3 hours, writing listing, prepping stats, managing auction, dealing with non-paying bidders etc. So that would be an awesome $3.33 an hour (and I work fast), plus the reputation of my account would be in someone elses hands. No thanks :)

Seems this has gone a bit haywire here....

The offer is not to flip my sites! I hate flipping and that's why i thought of this!

Basicly i tell you the niche and the product to promote on the site and you build a site to flip it.... once you flip it off to someone then i will send you $10!

Easy extra cash.

So basically
You send information about what kind of site you want to make.
I buy the domain, build the site, flip it, give you the money and you give me ten dollars?
Sorry if I'm not understanding what you are saying, but if that is the case it hardly seems worth it when you can do all that yourself and keep all the profits.

I'd choose this guy above ^^ he and his partners are the most amazing site flippers, really experienced.

So not only do we have to write up an auction listing, manage the auction, talk to potential buyers, and everything else that goes with flipping a site, but now we also have to buy a domain name and build a site from scratch, and you'll send us a whole $10 for all of this?

Maybe I'm not understanding this, but how is that even profitable for the one that does all of that? Or are you saying we also keep the money that the site gets flipped for?

I think what Lewi is suggesting is that if someone builds a site in a niche he suggests, promoting a product he suggests then he will pay $10. If I'm not mistaken, that's quite a smart way to get people to promote your own products (clickbank or wherever), or perhaps open the opportunity for Lewi to upsell them SEO services after sale.

Am I on the right track?

Hmmm I didn't look at it that way. Maybe it's just the way he's wording it that is confusing us all.

The way I understood it is that we basically do everything from the ground up - build the site, flip it ourselves, etc. and then send him the money that we made from the flip but we keep $10 for ourselves. This would obviously not be a good deal for someone to make $10 for all that work.

However, if he's giving the person $10 AND allowing them to keep the money that they made on the flip, then it's a little different and maybe it would work assuming the sites did well and sold for a good amount of money.

I think you need to be a little more clear in your details Lewi because myself and others aren't fully comprehending what you mean.

Exactly! Have 3 people who have done this for me once each so far and they are now working on their second ones now.

This is the funniest thread I have ever read on BHW bare none!

How about this to "those in the know"... I have 700 domains all 5-10 years old. I don' want to learn Flippa, but I have an account I would want used. You sell the domains and I will flip you 10% per sell. Many many domains are crazy good with PR's of 4-5 and 2500+ indexed pages. Most have Dmoz links and simply kick ass. 400 of them are based around a broker I have owned and operated and so no adsense revenue, but SEM Rush will tell you the $ value of many of them are over 40K, and I can provide 7 digit 1099's. Many Many are 2 word long tails in the hugest money market on the planet.

The other 200 are equally genius, because I bought them back when most BHW members were learning to read. A lot of wikis and some great retail long tails that do have adsense. I also have some SEO domains that are 10 years old and one is a dot com 6 characters long with seo in it and it's not something like seovip its as close to SEO.com as it gets.

Anyway for all you Flippa guru's this seems easier to me than buying $20 domains and selling them for $200+. I would say over the next 12 months these 700 could go for 1mm+, and that makes me 900K and you only 100 :(

I don't want to send or PM lists and would rather the true players stand up and let's talk like real businessmen or women. I want the best and someone who understands selling domains for max profits. I have the inventory you bring the brains. We can work via email to start and I'll provide a cell number to call when the right all-star shows up. Send the email to best billions at gmail dot com.

PS Good luck on the $10 deal if I understood flippa I would be all over it Cheers!
