A cheaper alternative would be OpenAi.Copy.ai was probably made with it anyways.

Is it easy to get access to?
Copy.ai is just service that in the backend makes calls to open.ai?

As far as I know, most of these services are using open.ai API

The cheap and best for the other alternative is OpenAi. Copy.ai... you can try with it..

I've not tried it, but bought it months ago, same with CloserCopy.
Trying to hire someone to use these tools, hopefully for the new year.
