Looking for sick Designing people

Hallo,
we are looking for people who have serious designing skills.

What is to do? : We need about 100 designed templates ( not webdesign templates!!!! graphic templates where you can put in for own photos!!!!)
Who is good for the job?: You shouldnt be one single freelancer, there should be a team of capable designers sitting together, working on that project.
What will be the quote?: About quote I can say the price should not be more than 5-8$/template
