Looking for services, not sure which route to go

So I'm trying to win a contest for a local business I do marketing for. If they win, I get a bonus, which I could really use right now. This contest is online, and requires entering an email and phone number, followed by registration info like first/last, dob, city and zip code to vote (they do not verify the phone number, nor the email that I can tell). The target demographic is about 20000 people to 40000 people that could vote, that's the fringe maximum.

So my question is, does anyone sell email accounts on here in bulk amounts that's been on recently, yes, I've used the search bar and went through the forums, but the people who sell mostly sell gmail, which I would be cool with things like hotmail and yahoo, etc, too. Recommendations for that would be nice, but i also wonder if anyone on here gets paid to vote in contests? Is this a service? I've been unable to find it, if so. TIA for any help

No there aren't services for that, but I'm sure you can open up a thread and pay people to do that. I see similar threads for like Fiverr and some other reviews. It is differently doable, but you also might try Facebook groups for this type of thing.
