Looking for service like Twilio for getting SMS

I am looking for a virtual number provider like Twilio, preferably without need for ID verification and the need to provide your dog's dental records. I need a cheap number for Telegram that would be used to receive SMS-verification codes through an API. I am imagining a fixed monthly rate and a low to non-existent cost to receive a message. Got any you could recommend?

I haven't used it in months, but smsverification.xyz worked well for me in the past and offers an api. note- i did not test it for telegram verifications
