Im looking for an experienced LB that builds quality, not spammy links.
I currently have 4 sites im promoting but only 1 needs link building. im targeting google co*uk .

every 5-10 links you get paid.
once trust is established - we can move up to 15-20 links etc..
I use pay pal only.

requirements:
I would like to see at least 3 of your promoted sites (current / in the past).
list of programs you use (no Xrumer / spamming tools. whitehat only)

I didnt really understand what you are trying to say..
that i dont know what whitehat actions can be done with blackhat tools?

if so - why would you say that? i mean - what are you trying to say..

OP:

He means you can still use blackhat tools to your advantage. For example you can use Scrapebox to harvest a list of blogs in your niche, then sort them by page rank, and comment manually only on the PR6 sites and higher (or whichever number your happy with)
