Looking for SEO/SMM Partner

I get many SEO, SMM leads through my websites and in-person, and i dont have time to manage them. So I am looking for quality seo & smm service providers or freelancers to partner with. Most of the leads ask for an audit and proposal, so the audit must be done for free. There are plenty of automated reselling/white-label solution, but i prefer a manual effort. There would be NDA involved. And the prices will be markedup by my company. All the services should be of high quality and affordable. If you can offer completely white hat or content marketing services, interested in that too.
